1. Buy as much grimy Torstols as you can (11k)
2. Bring them to an npc in Nardah (name starts with a Z hes standing on the herblore icon)
3. And talk to him to clean the torstols for 50 gp an inventory.
4. Grimy torstols = 11k Clean Torstols = 18k
5. 5k profit an herb and 10000 herbs can be cleaned an hour = 60m - 70m an hour

won't even make 2m per hour as you can't even clean close to that many herbs, even if you could buy torstol, when I recovered the acc he dropped all the gold and items on it.
