Usfine - Lost account...wtf?

I had a lvl 100 and i pain usfine about $18 to powerlevel it for about 20 hours and i checked this morning (10 hours through 20 hour deadline) to see if they did any work on it and nope, password was even still the same when i logged in!. So i figured they just never logged out so that's why the stats never updated, then i went to work and i just got home an hour ago and i figured they'd be done cause it had been nearly 24 hours since i paid them and they started...it says invalid password. This is bullshit, all the girl told me to do was to recover my username, now what if i can't recover it? They should step their shit up and not fuck around, maybe that's why there are so many people pissed at them. It had many 75+ stats and 81 smithing

 

hmm..not saying you're lying but mayb some picture would greatly prove it. =) and soryr for hearing that u got *scammed*.

 

Pictures of what! in the order it says that the password is wrong but you'd have to be retarded to misspell a password wrong when giving it to them after having spelled it right twice when you were changing it...but i can post pics i just don't know what would prove it

I did, she said password was changed last night when they tried logging in but i logged in this morning for about 30 seconds...it was in the same exact spot i had left it at.

I wrote to you twice within 3 hours and i didn't get an answer a single time...i'll try again later in like 10 hours going to work now. hopefully all this is sorted out. just hoping not to see my account on sale on your account like a few others somehow did undeservingly.

Sorry if I'm wrong, but I think your account got locked because you logged in while USFine was already logged into your account?

Nope, in that case it would basically say that i'm already logged in and to try logging in again in a few minutes. And i doubt they logged in again cause i logged in at about 9am-ish and i was in the same exact spot and same amount of construction experience.

 

RECOVERED IT! But i'm missing at least 25M worth of items including my fury and full dhorak and 15k oak planks and a few other items

 

Guess they had some rapid gold orders to do. =|
My main was banned from using them awhile ago, during their grace period of "guaranteed no ban". They did nothing, started ignoring me on live chat. Never will trust them again.
