    Allowing veteran members to handle a simple questions department

    Yes, Matthew and Karl were great to me

    Once a week or so.

    2. Would you use LiveHelp more often if it was online more often? ([Yes] / No)

    Its on enough now. But if it was on more, Im sure more people would.

    3. What do you find LiveHelp most useful for?
    Reporting posts, Asking questions.

    4. What do you think LiveHelp should not be used for?
    Scam reports

    5. What could we do to improve the LiveHelp system?
    Giving members the opportunity to answer questions sometimes.

    6. Are the staff members running LiveHelp being professional enough?
    Yes.They are doing awesome jobs.

    No, I wouldn't use it more.

    Dealing with issues on my account or on Sythe.
    4. What do you think LiveHelp should not be used for?
    Non Sythe related content.
    5. What could we do to improve the LiveHelp system?
    Sometimes I am waiting endlessly for a staff member to be assigned to me, however I've only had this happen a few times.
    6. Are the staff members running LiveHelp being professional enough?
    Yes, no problems.

    Questions about the rules, help regarding scam reports & case by case issues.

    Spam reporting.

    Have at least one staff member online at all times.

    Yes.

    Honestly, I have no idea what I could use it for

    I may be using it in the future but as of right now, I don't think I have any reason to use this system although the idea is great, I am sure many people will find uses of this.

    Newer members
    4. What do you think LiveHelp should not be used for?
    Joking and trolling.
    5. What could we do to improve the LiveHelp system?
    nothing comes to mind.
    6. Are the staff members running LiveHelp being professional enough?
    For the most part.
    7. Other comments?
    Seems only really practical for newer and less experienced users or on rare occasions for other members. I feel like most people use the irc still though

    It can be used for any help tbh man, just just for inexperienced people :p We've had a few people having us dictate the rules and stuff.

    My main idea was that we could get a system were moderators were actually waiting to help rather than the mods who are just relaxing in the IRC, Sythe Help and Offsite talking should be seperate.

    4. What do you think LiveHelp should not be used for? Disputes, Getting staff to look at threads.

    5. What could we do to improve the LiveHelp system? Having more staff available to go on to it. Maybe not 24/7 but more often then now.

    6. Are the staff members running LiveHelp being professional enough? Yes for sure very professional, Helpful, and not rude when I asked some questions that were common knowledge to them but not to me.

    7. Other comments? Great addition to the site.

    Newcomers probably or people who get scammed

    Trolling/ messing around

    I don't see anyway to improve it other than possibly automating it if possible
    6. Are the staff members running LiveHelp being professional enough?
    Probably are haven't used it yet

    Majority of the help people probably need can be found in a sticky somewhere, isn't there a way just to automate it such as:
    Type Question (I got scammed what do I do) or even have a list made of what to do in each case such as:

    Scammed
    Website not loading
    Rules
    Looking for a certain section
    Where to correctly post something

    then pulls up stickies to read or links to them
    I don't know if that's possible just throwing out a suggestion if it would work.

    Yes, its mostly offline when I'm on considering I'm on the otherside of the world.

    5. What could we do to improve the LiveHelp system? I think staff should be on the LiveHelp system more often because most of the time, I see it offline.

    6. Are the staff members running LiveHelp being professional enough? Nope. I've talked to one of the members and was no help at all. I told a staff member about a scammer that scammed me 44m plus i had proof and the scammer was on a scamming rampage. He simply just said after I explained everything,

    "I gtg" >.<

    7. Other comments? I think LiveHelp needs more staff members or members to be on it more often.

    I have not used Sythe's live help, but experienced in using other live help services. I've only ever relied on them for technical issues. (Frequency of using them is 2-3 times in a 4 month span).

    2. Would you use LiveHelp more often if it was online more often? (Yes / No)

    Yes.

    3. What do you find LiveHelp most useful for?

    Technical Issues.

    4. What do you think LiveHelp should not be used for?

    Anything not already listed in a sticky.

    5. What could we do to improve the LiveHelp system?

    Increased volume of online support.

    6. Are the staff members running LiveHelp being professional enough?

    I do not have experience with Sythe's moderating community, but after reading through posts on threads some have left i'd say no. All are mature! :)

    No, didn't need it when it was offline so far.
