no reason for why i am RE-banned

I was banned about a month ago for "scamming" and i new it wasn't me, so i put a dispute in with evidence and asked to be unbanned, i also agreed to a TWC (Talking to macroman about it) if they found necessary. and since it was just a pin i agreed to re-pay the person who was scammed back. Then i go to log on and i am re-banned with the message.

date lifted- Never

You'll have to take it up with R2P has I have told you many times.

 

Still banned for scamming. Denied.

 

Someone unbanned you, but they were told not to. So you were re-banned.
