- Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before any services are initiated, and only after you have agreed to our Terms of Service (TOS). Remuneration is only available to those holding the roles of CEO, Admin, or Mod.
- Communication Policy: We will never reach out to you first. All communication must be initiated by you through a support ticket in our system. All discussions will occur within the ticket, with the exception of sensitive details (such as login credentials). The person handling your service will receive this sensitive information directly. After your service is completed, you are responsible for deleting all related communications.
- Service Process: All services are carried out manually, and we will provide screenshots throughout the process. We are not responsible for any bans, mutes, or penalties that may occur during or after the service.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your account. After any service is completed, we recommend you change your bank pin and password. We are not liable for any account compromises that occur after the service has been completed.
- Refund Policy: Whenever you request a refund, it will be issued for 80% of your balance. (Refunds are paid in-game GP only)
- Liability Disclaimer: We are not liable for any account bans, mutes, or penalties that occur during or after we have access to your account.
- HCIM or Skiller Accounts: We are not responsible for any losses, deaths, or level-ups that occur on HCIM or skiller accounts during or after the service.
- Password Changes: Passwords cannot be changed during the service unless requested by an Admin or higher-level staff.
- Account Damage: If any unfortunate event occurs while your account is being serviced, we ensure that an adequate deposit is taken from our Specialist to cover any potential losses or disruptions.
- OnlyPurples 100% Bundles: Once a 100% Bundle order is set up and initiated, it is non-refundable.
