I am quitting RuneScape as it is nearing time to start college. I also need money for a ring for my future fiance. The account is great. I am the original owner and will supply all past account information. I only accept money via PayPal Verified. We will use a MM and I will not go first to anyone unless they are very trusted.

The account does currently have recovery questions because they cannot be removed without the account being locked. I will do a recovery test via MM if you wish to. The MM fees will be taken out of the price you pay so that I am technically paying the fees.

You should get more then 150 bucks, but that's just my opinion. 12x99's if purchased via PowerLeveling would cost roughly 120 bucks legit, plus the pure cash and bank/items. Not to mention the cost it would be to get 301 QP quested.
