    You can make a canadian account, and spend the points from it.
    You can do everything you would on your normal account besides switch the GT.

    Ya im canadian also and have had this problem all you got to do is get the canadian person to make a silver account, put the mspoints on it and give you the account and you can spend it on dlc.
    I can offer 1400msp or a 3month and you will go first? i have a vouch in a pm if needed.
