Why should you join my service?

Since opening my service just over a month ago, I have handled over 706m (approx. $706) worth of orders. This includes a few weeks of playing very little due to exams, as well as often losing entire days due to working a part-time job. With that being said, I have still continued to provide a quality service and maintained nothing but 100% customer satisfaction. Many customers have already returned for 2nd, 3rd and even 4th orders. Considering this was from my first month of operating, having to work up from 0 vouches/reputation, it's clear that things can only get bigger and better!

Who am I looking for?

1. TRUSTED users only. For now, I will only be considering users with over 20 QUALITY/RELEVANT vouches (i.e. I will not be accepting anyone with 35 vouches purely from selling gold)
2. Users who are willing to put down a deposit - this will vary. The amount you deposit is the maximum account/bank value you can be trusted with. This is 95% refundable, should you decide to leave.
3. Efficient and timely members. I pride myself on my speed and willingness to get orders completed ASAP - something I would like to continue to uphold. If you can not skill at a medium-high level of efficiency, unfortunately this is not the place for you.
4. You must NOT be part of another service or have your own. If you begin working on my behalf and are found to be breaching this, you will be kicked from the service without a refund of your deposit.
5. People willing to train BY HAND - Random screenshots will be requested from myself and possibly customers. If you are unable to provide these or are found to be botting, you will be dismissed without a refund of your deposit.
6. Last of all, you must have a will to want to grow the service as much as I do. Actively bumping the service thread, looking for orders to take on off your own back and striving to grow our customer base are what I'd expect from workers as a minimum.

Pay:

This will depend on the value of the trade. I aim to be fair and will therefore scale the commission I take accordingly. As an ESTIMATE, you can expect to receive 85-95% of the order. All orders must go through myself before they are started. This is to ensure things run smoothly and minimise the risk to both customer and worker. Again, breaching this will lead to a dismissal without a refund of your deposit. In terms of what you can charge, I would prefer you to use my pricing. However, if you and the customer are both happy and have agreed on a price, that is absolutely fine.

A few things that I find a little weird are:

Is this 95% refundable if the worker leaves in the middle of an order without completing it or after it's done, because if it's after the work is completed, why would you keep 5% of your worker's deposit. He doesn't owe you anything.

If all payments go through you, how is it a 75m risk? Wouldn't the risk be 25m i.e., the customer's bank? Since the money has to go through you, the worker wouldn't have been paid if he didn't finish the work. In case the worker decides to scam and run away with the 25m bank, that's all the risk was.... Since you would be holding the 50m payment yourself.

Don't mean to insult or doubt you, just some questions I had at the back of my mind.

Hey. Not a problem! I can see why you'd point these things out!

1) The 5% is kept as more of a 'buy-in' and would also deter people from joining for a quick bit of cash then leaving shortly after, which I don't want to happen. I aim to run this service long term. I am providing a trusted platform for people to work within and that's why the 95% is in place. Although many other services offer a complete refund, I've seen several saying that deposits are 90% refundable as well. Because of this, I don't see my 95% as unreasonable, given the potential to earn I can deliver.

2) This is a good point - I should have left it at all orders going through me in terms of organisation. As long as workers have paid a deposit there's no need for me to hold payment. Thanks, will correct that!

Hours I can play per day/week: It definitely varies depending on the day but I am on a fair bit, and am in Australia. I usually mention this as most are from other countries, so I may be on when you're not on (helpful for customers). Usually 7+ hours a day during the week, and 15-+ hours a day on the weekend.

Why I should be considered: I have been playing Runescape since 2005 and am an experienced player. I enjoy the game and I love being able to be rewarded for something i've done. I am happy to do questing, skilling, account training for sale, anything you'd like me to do.
