Amulets are soulbound, read before buying an account with ammy on.

Ammys are soulbound from this day (31/10/12), due to some stupid dupers, so before you going to buy an account with amulet of res, think first, because ammys are not tradeable any more. Most of you probably know anyway, so if someone says oh he's just lying, then they are a scammer, and ignore them.

What is duping?

Duping is where you make copies of an item or currency in a MMORPG, people do this to make themselves rich, it normally does get patched and is cheating the system, it is a bug. So if you had one amulet of resurrection, you could make 10 of them using a bug, this is against the rules and is now patched.

They are still tradable as of 10:00 EST 10/31/12. You might want to change this until they aren't tradable anymore.
Edit: 7:22 A.M. EST of November 1st and they are still tradable. This is strange..

 

It is now the 1st of November 2012, and Amulets of Resurrection still haven't been made soulbound. It may be because the developers are still testing and taking the players' input/feedback on the latest testing build.
So it still isn't completely sure. And people are still buying amulets to fill up their main accounts before they supposedly become soulbound. Some other people are selling off all of their surplus Ammies for Pots/Tops/etc.
There's also speculation that the curse/soulbound Ammies are just a joke the devs are making up to scare people ("Halloween"), but IMO that is very unlikely.
Currently, the community is raging at Kabam because they decided to put a curse on Ammies, so there may be a change in plans any time.
Please don't post your opinions/beliefs/etc as facts, as nothing has been decided on Production, and it's still all going on in Testing and hasn't been pushed to Prod.

Ok lol, well guys who are buying, they're going to be soulbound, it says they're soulbounded from 31/10/12, so that's what I read, don't flame at me, and fine, they're going to be worthless so before buying becareful.

So yeah, actually the reason it hasn't been pushed to prod yet is because there were so many bugs in testing! Take a look on testing, the ammy curse thing is live there. So yeah, ammies will be soulbound but it's not certain when because of the amount of bugs on testing

 

They are officially soulbound.

Oh hey Uie, yeah, I did mention this place on mumble quite a few times now, and they seem to know about it, I just don't know if anyone else from there is registered here. Oh and I myself had some trouble registering, so I had to ask n4n0 to do it for me. ^_^

So yeah, amulets are now soulbound, but in contrary to what's been on testing, the chance of becoming a zombie upon breaking on prod. is very low (~5%), whereas it was intentionally high on testing (55%) just for people to see how the curse works. I personally just broke one, and so did other people, we didn't turn into zombies.

And about the currency, don't worry, life/def is going to settle as main currency again in no time.
