2 Good Start out accounts

I made these accounts to play around on, like hide on level 50s and screw with bad 50s that thought they were good. But anyway I dont want them anymore and their ranks are a 50 in doublses and 50 in doubles/snipers

The first account is a major (253exp) with very few loses and a 50 in snipers/doubles.

I would assume not... just because they are start out accounts doesn't mean they are free. I believe he will be selling them, just cheaper than any amazing accounts he might have.
