The going rate is around .40 or so for RS3. Not trying to affect sales, just want to let you know if you're keen on selling

 

Looking at other posts for that rate people only seem to sell large amount but I am here to sell small amounts as low as 1.5m for $1 so for such a small amount I am not sure if anyone is selling transactions as low as $1.

 

Nobody will purchase as they can purchase like 5m for that price.

sorry i meant you can get 5m for the price your selling 1m at. 0.30/M people occasionally sell that much.
