But can someone help me every time I try to login into OS-Scape it says I've been banned even on non existant accounts I'm guessing this is a 'Mac Ban' or something as I'm using a VPN and it's still not letting me play?

 

It is the wrong section, I'd go to the Spam Section.

I have downloaded the program, it says 'failed to change MAC address. For wireless network connections set the first octet of MAC address as '02' and try again.' Even though it's already set as 02.

 

That simply means that you're pressing on the wrong wirless network. Try again. Or if you plug in your Ethernet cable you'll be automatically UN PC'ed.

 

Ok it says MAC address has been changed successfully but it's still no allowing me to play the game any account I try to login says I'm banned even if it's not a real acc ?

 

That's because you haven't changed the right one bro. By the way you restart the laptop after you change it could possibly be due to that.
