1) All payments should and will be made before the service starts unless you have permission from Agile Life#8486 to do so otherwise, this is handled via your ticket created by visiting request-a-service.

2) All unrelated wealth not related to the service is to be removed from your account before the service starts, failure to do so will result in the responsibility being on you as the account owner. (this includes ironman+ accounts)

3) You will provide all items related to your service request unless confirmed otherwise by myself Agile Life#8486 or another rank on the Market management team.

4) We have the right to decline any orders we feel are not following or will not follow our rules, or that we do not feel comfortable accepting at that time.

5) YOU are NOT allowed to access your account whilst the order is ongoing, failure to do this will result in your order being terminated with no refund unless you have permission to otherwise do so by Agile Life#8486.

6) You accept that you will only place your order via Agile Life Services using our ticket tool located request-a-service and not privately, this way making sure that you are protected under not only your own terms but also ours.

7) You are not allowed to change your password once the service has started/information has been given out without direct confirmation to do so from us. Failure to do so will result in your order being terminated with no refund.

8) All orders must follow via our ticket system by creating a ticket at request-a-service failure to do so will result in you being solely responsible for anything that can potentially happen with your account/wealth, and will mean that you cannot place blame on us Agile Life Services.

9) All payments are made to be done through Agile Life#8486, Market management. or Ticket support. if we do not receive and confirm your payment, we are not responsible for any loss of potential money/wealth/currencies.

10) You accept that your order can take up to 24 hours to be started from the payment being placed. You will be notified beforehand via a tag in your open ticket.

11) Any bans, mutes, or locks to your account whilst doing the service you request are your own responsibility, Jagex is very clear with their game rules and this means we cannot take responsibility for something that is out of our hands.

12) A vouch for completed orders in -customer-feedback- isn't required, but is highly appreciated - The same applies with Sythe vouches.

13) We are not responsible for any result of unwarranted EXP gained on your account during an order. We will try our hardest to avoid any problems but it can happen when such things happen such as disconnects and lag spikes happen, the same applies to both hardcore and ultimate ironmen.

14) You confirm by joining my discord server and accepting my terms of service you are not a third party affiliate or a worker of Jagex Ltd or related to them in any form.

15) Any infractions on your account (bans) whilst servicing your account are your responsibility, we are more than happy to provide screenshots of levels upon request both whilst doing and after the service.

16) We do not take responsibility for any deaths on either hardcore or ultimate ironman, we will do our best to avoid any possibility of this happening but due to the game having lag spikes and disconnections it's never a possibility of it not happening.

17) If we are unable to complete your order to the full extent due to reasons on our end, we will refund you for whatever hasn't been completed.

18) We are allowed to change, modify and edit any of our terms of service at any time and you agree to this.

19) By both joining Agile Life Services and agreeing to my terms of service, you automatically agree to all of my rules/terms by default.

20) Agile Life Services takes no responsibility for any bans that may occur during your service. Account sharing & Account sales are against the rules of Runescape. To try and ensure your account safety we ask for our customers to follow rule 5 as we will now enforce this rule harder than ever to keep your account & our accounts safe and secure.
