ban? > i cant reply as a guest -help?

The Following is horrible proof and just a mixup. I have no idea how to reply as a guest so please in a reply send me instructions.

proof of error
------------

1st. says im in NY, i live in NJ.

2nd i attended school in NY, college public internet which would lead to same ip ban.

3rd guy says he is 23, while in 2014 when he was banned i was only 20

4th- he has a website linked and a g mail account, that are not my email

5th account was created in 2008 while mine is created 2011, why would i make an account in 2011 if i was the other guy that already had vouches + an older account... makes no sence. This is clearly a mixup.
