Banned Accounts (scamming/Evasion)

Hello, a mod told me to reply with my banned accounts but I could not reply. It told me to sign in and I didn't have an account so I had to make one. I did not mention all of my accounts previously because personally I didn't know I had to. I'm trying to remember all of them but its very hard to remember. I need to find a way to get in contact with the person/persons I scammed to pay them back as what a mod/admin previously stated in one of my threads.

Taco Killers ( don't remember how much I scammed or who ) ( maybe strawsombraro of 4m-6m )
Jake12 ( don't remember how much I scammed or who )


Banned accounts ( Evasion )

Yours ( did free offers for vouches, thought I had gotten un ip banned )
Quiggle_21 (or) Quiggle ( tried to sell an account )

Other information - I have created about 3 threads and all got locked/deleted/and one said denied because I did not contact. but how am I to contact if I cannot find the person. On one thread a mod/admin stated alls I need to do is to pay back the person/persons I scammed, then thread got locked. Second thread.. I posted I needed help with the contacting issues then got told to go to dispute a ban I believe. Next I created a thread of dispute a ban and its still on there now. But a mod/admin said with a link it was denied cause I made no effort in contacting. I have an idea on who it might be but I need help with contacting. I would like the post linked if possible.
