RS1992 pardon because my last pardon was confused

So about 1 month ago i pardoned and someone told me that i scammed 2 people instead of 1. I thought that Elona and Cya beans were the same person but apparantly not cus a mod told me. I asked the mod who the other guy was but he didnt answer and instead he just tells me to pardon again in 6 months? what is the point of that if he wont tell me who the other person is that i scammed? Im hoping a mod can look into this and isnt someone who just hangs up on me.. This was my pardon:

(This was 1-2years ago) So the first account i made was Str8owner, i made another account Maddog so i could self vouch on Str8owner. I thought this was a faster way to sell my Rs3 and 07 account. I sold my Rs3 account to someone using a middleman and everything went fine, then i got cleaned on 07 and decided to sell my 07 account and just start a fresh 07 account. i sold the 07 account to the same guy that bought my Rs3 account but he didnt want to use a middleman. we agreed on 07 gp and i went first and then he scammed me. I decided to recover both the accounts which was fine by a mod http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1791969-screenshots-drento.html . Thats how Str8owner got banned because of a misunderstanding.
I decided to continue on Maddog because he had more vouches so i started a maxed main renting service, i scammed Cya Beans for an amount i cant remember because this happend a long time ago. I tried to refund him but hes a ban evader and Blupig told me i should not refund Cya Beans but i should refund the victims of Cya beans instead http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1795722-scammed-mathematician.html this is the guy that got scammed by "Mathematician" which is one of Cya Beans account. You can see that he says "Before i recover the account" so im assuming he recovered the account which means i dont have to refund anyone. Ive also tried to get in contact with leagueofirelia but i cant find his Skype anywhere. So Cya Beans and leagueofirelia seems to both been inactive and i cant find their skype anywhere.
I might be forgetting some stuff but if i mod can add me on Skype i would appriciate that alot and i can tell u everything u want to know.
