Why did you add it if Claiming and canceling doesn't make a difference? If someone can still charge back just as easily if they didn't...

Nope, if its bank funded and you do claim and canceled then its safe 100%.

 

I got sent $190 from bank funded and I made him do file and claim, then after he still got it back which made me -190 then I had to pay it back..

 

Lawl, the only way would be a hacked paypal.

Hahahaha, are you KIDDING?? You can EASILY still be charged back, there's many ways to do so:

1) Stolen paypal account
2) Bank reversal
3) Unauthorized Claims can always be filed, even after cancelling one

Also, because Paypal does not distinguish between Balance money and Bank funded money (it's all balance payments), then somebody could send money from their Credit Card to another Paypal account, and it would appear to be "Bank Funded". Long story short, you're never 100% safe on Paypal. Ever. Be careful out there.

Or more importantly, never consider any money you recieve for runescape items through paypal 100% yours or safe once it is in your bank account.
