2.He Means it's in the Wrong Section Since it's not a "PURE",So you Should put it in "Other Accounts Characters: Levels 3-59".Hint:You should Raise a NON-Combat Skill to 3,Then it Will Be Declared as A Pure.Since the Skill is not lvl 1.
