    Removing Audio From Videos Help!?

Hey, does anyone know how i can remove the audio from videos i've downloaded from Crazyshit.com? I removed audio once using some Imtoo program but then when i re-downloaded it recently, it only converts 48 seconds of the video.

Anyone know of any way to remove ALL the audio from the vid?

Yeah, just use a good program like "Adobe Premiere"...it will let you remove the audio from the original video.

    Removing Audio From Videos Help!?

So you want the video to be completely silent? I can think of one fix, it might not work...[without needing to download stuff, I mean]. You could overwrite the video's sound with an empty audio track? I'm not really sure if there's a more logical way for free, without needing to download something.

Have you tried Windows Movie Maker?

Windows Movie Maker is too user friendly I'm not quite sure it would have the ability to completely remove the audio.

    Removing Audio From Videos Help!?

If i use windows movie maker to silence the audio, could i then put audio over the top of its current audio? Thats my problem. I want to remove the audio so i can put in my own audio. I silenced the audio once in windows movie maker (i forgot how i did it) but then ofcourse when i put my own audio in there, that was silenced as well.

I'll download a program if neccessary, i just don't want to download a big program when all i want to do is take out some audio lol.

If you want to PM me/post the video and the music you want, I'd be more than willing to help :)

I think I can do it quite easily, especially seeing as I have Adobe Premiere Pro CS3.

Try looking up some guides for windows movie maker...
From past experiences when i first started to make AMV's etc... I had used movie maker...

You throw the video in the timeline, and just right-click the audio stream, and silents it...
You then have another time line under that for your own audio...
Then simply just split the video to your liking, adding transitions... to match with the audio, etc...

If your looking into going pro at editing video's... Download Sony Vegas, a fairly complex program with unlimited possibilities... :D *IMO*
