I would suggest getting up your noncombat skills you know so you can fish for food when you want to go pking

Yes, definitely, train your Non-Combat skills up a lot, you'll regret doing it all at the same time, you'll want to space out training Non-Combat and Combat and inter-mix doing them to avoid boredom.
Then you'll want 70 Defence Minimum, 90+ Range and 94+ Magic for Vengeance, but obviously that's in the long term region.
Get 50 Attack and Strength just to have them well rounded-off, and get 52 Prayer for Smite.

Yeah not bad, Really just a basic tank. Get 85+ Range, 70 Defence, Void etc
