[Question About Sythe] Where is that user ranks thread?

I found it a while ago, it said all the ranks for sythe and what they mean. I need it as I duno what things such as:

!Trade With Caution!

And Cracker Head

Titles mean, I duno if the trade one is a joke or does it mean the persons been known to scam? I duno, Please help.
