My Suggestion

Rules before posting:
If you disagree with an idea please say "I think" or "I disagree" because that is the proper way to say it as if it was someone's opinion and not a fact.

No racial comments, flaming, spamming, and please keep the swearing to a minimum.

If you think it's dumb please say why.

1.) Delete the RS Black market
2.) Recreate the RS Black market

New Rules:
If you wish to sell an item you can only create 1 thread.
Sellers must be confirmed by moderators.

Requirements to Sell in black market:
Vouches
Must have joined for a reasonable amount of time

A New user title as "Confirmed RS Retailer" or "Confirmed RS User Service"

Put restrictions on what you are able to sell.
For example:
10 Vouches - You are aloud to sell pins
20 Vouches - You are aloud to sell RSGP
30 Vouches - You are aloud to sell accounts

How to gain these vouches?
Make an Unconfirmed section for selling RS products + User services. This section will most likely be a "Risk Taker" section.

Where will these vouches be stored?
Make a section in a user's profile where other users may post vouches.

Remember, just because they are confirmed and have a lot of vouches, does not mean they will not scam. - This will be a requirement in confirmed user's signatures.

Feel free to post flaws in my suggestions. I am happy to hear flaws as it will improve.

Lmfao, a suggestion you obviously put alot of thought to, but you should of thought from others points of view too..

- What is the point in all this crap, it isn't jus a waste of time but also is just a load of bullshit.
- Your asking for a new rank to be introduced, i believe that is against the rules..
- You are simply a Leecher (1-25post count), what do you know about the black-markets here on sythe, if you have another account here on sythe, why don't you post it with that.
- Vouch threads, are simply FTL!!!

Overall, it could remove alot of scammers on sythe, but also alot of the people who don't have the intentions of scamming...
