Why was I banned?

I originally pm'ed this message to R2Pleasant

"I have been scammed approximately $600 by trent thomas. He was using alias Beekerboi, [email protected]. I know that real items are agains trade regulations on www.sythe.org now, however at the time i didnt', I sent an xbox 360 and $200 in games. I've had recent convos with him, and he's telling me he'll give me a lvl 131, however after finding many alias(es?) of him that have scammed, I know this is not going to happen. However I have lost proof, is the Canada post able to go back in their records to prove something of this magnitude. I am severely pissed off about this, and i finally found a class action suit against him, after 6 months of searching. Any input from you on my current situation would be extremely appreciated, I look forward to speaking with you about this dire matter"

And I was banned. I was hoping for a clear response from R2P as I have respect for him, and he does, as mentioned have a class-action suit against Trenton Thomas. As i have little to no evidence against him, i was asking R2P if I was able to go through Canada post to get a new receipt as hard-copy evidence. I feel i was unreasonably banned about this, and ask for a more thorough investigation into this case
