Sprite sig.

CnC please, I think I'm getting better.

 

The BG is ok but the brown sprite and smuding really doesn't go with the vibrant red.

I like the wind filter effect but you overdid it.
And you could've used another sprite.
great idea but you could've executed it way better.

 

If you're a beginner it doesn't mean you have to use Paint.NET

 

I would look nicer if you calmed it down a bit, too messy imo.
You certainly have the right idea though.

The wind filter is really distracting. I'm not entirely sure what you did to the focal, but it's not a focal anymore.
