    ok first im sorry i dont hav pics but oh well
    1.get a picture of an eye
    2.open photshop(cs2) and open ur pic
    3.now in the "layer" box (window>layers) right clik image abd press duplicate
    4.right clik the original copy and clik bending options
    5.on first drop-box find "overlay" and clik it
    6."x" out of that and puick a color (for me red)
    7.color over the eye and to fix mistakes use history brush
    [conclusion]-you can now change skin color eye color ect. VIOLA

    or just set render to overlay/soft light and brush with a soft brush works like a charm 2
