You would have to go to the Report a Scammer section. Know that you probably wont get your money back, but at least you can get him out of Sythe if he scammed you. Make sure to post A LOT of proof.

I mean $150 is a fucking lot of money I dont want some kid to just walk away with it, sythe is normally a good place to come and trade shame theres always those who just want a bit of money and are willing to scam for it

You have to post proof and make up some shit then he/she will probably get limited and will fail to provide proof. You are more likely to get your money back in these types of scam.

 

I can't believe it. I have sent paypal all the pics that proofs I was scammed buy they refused to give me my money back!

If you sent as goods, just claim he didn't send. Easy as that.
