Really need some help guys..

Well guys I've been put into a position where I can either ask you all to help me, or be forced to pay collection agencies 240$.

A trade on paypal went terribly wrong in June, and according to paypal I owe them some money..but the debt isn't rightfully mine. It belongs to Ben Charmin.

His mothers name is Suzanne Charmin/Charman. If someone could give him a call, or hell if you live in the area, stop by his house, and tell him he needs to contact me via email or msn.

I can't call myself because of the long distance fees/etc. Any help is appreciated, if you can PM me or post in this thread. I only have 24 hours to give an answer back to the collection agency. Thanks guys!

(I am not asking for money, just for someone in that area to call/visit him.

 

hwd u manage to get a debt though in your paypal? Did u give him your paypal password or what?

Well I was trying to sell an account to him, he offered me whatever he could get for his PS3 on ebay, he put my paypal as who to pay for it, they payed me, I gave him the account and took the money out of my bank and spent it, and he never sent the guy the PS3. So he charged back, paypal called my house, I told them to call Ben and they wouldn't so they contacted the collection agency and they're giving me a little bit of time to try to contact him before forcing me to pay them. I HAVE the money to pay them if I have to but the debt isn't rightfully mine and the creditors understand that which is why they are giving me time to contact him before I'm forced to pay.

Paying for an international call that might not solve anything is a bit monotonous and irritating. That is why I'm only asking people who are local to him.

 

He'll shit himself more, and it would scare him, in that Daily can still get in contact with him; which would scare him to actual pay the debt to Daily.

Not really, I'm going to pay them either way. I just don't want it to come out of my pocket.

If someone gets a hold of him tell him I either want the cash(as much as he can) or the account back.

Actually, I believe you could sue him for fraud, if you are forced to pay. In small-claims court, you could easily win a verdict if you could prove that you gave him the pay-pal account, AND that you payed the collection company 240$, you also could lay claim to additional cash on attempts to call his household if you could produce a valid phone record.
