How much longer?...

How much longer do you honestly think the United States will last. Corruption has fucked the government up so hardcore it's not even funny. I don't understand why someone could really and knowing fuck over thousands or people for MONEY (especially when dollar bills are practically toilet paper now).

I was never sure if there was a God, but now I'm nearly certain that there isn't. What kind of benevolent diety could honestly allow the dollar to equal that of Canada's =p. If the dollar is ever down to a peso my god.. There isn't one. (No offense to Mexicans or Canadians.. Just havin some fun)

But seriously. How much longer can this country last? I don't even think this election is worth voting in.. Honestly I'd prefer Obama, but I think it doesn't matter anymore. The elite probably already know who is going to win..

Any thoughts?

 

America is effectively a corporatacracy. The bankers and Federal Reserve have more power over the nation than any tin-pot President does.

 

The reason the price of the dollar is going down, is inflation. Its basically caused by the fucked-up branches of government. The government wants more money to put in their pockets, using gold we do not have. Watch over the years as our economy slowly crashes. Pretty ennui if you think about it.

 

I think we'll last a few more years, until there's nothing left for the corporations, CEOs and all the high-up government people to take. They will all then leave for their 7 houses in other countries.

 

What do you mean by elite?
I don't understand it when people say they like Sarah Palin because shes a down to earth hockey mom, or they like Bush because they could picture themselves drinking with him. I don't want somebody normal to be president, I want the best one possible. I want an elite president.

I think he meant 'elite' as in the people who are running the country. Al Gore won the popular vote in 2000, but George Bush won because the Electoral College voted him in. Our vote doesn't matter, the higher ups in the government and corporations choose who wins.

The reason the dollar is going down is because they keep printing more money. It isn't a cycle anymore, they are just printing it.

Have you heard anything about people trying to politically connect the US, Mexico, and Canada? I think they can do it all from the US, they don't need to leave the country.

I suppose but my reference to God was a joke. Also, who said that revelations was talking about America. I highly doubt the world's status is 100% dependent on America and it's well being. Granted, alot of it is, but there are still economies that are doing pretty well. (China, and I know someone is going to say it's because of us. That's how the world works though.)

The country isn't just going to die out because of inflation. Countries have survived that before. But just to answer the question, I'd say give it 1000-1500 years

 

Until the country gets blown to pieces / merges with Canada.
