Help with unlocking an account.

Hi, I've looked around this place and I really like it, so I decided to register here. I'm having troubles with unlocking my Runescape account. A month ago someone tried to scam it, with "recover stolen password" and it was locked a few days after that. I've tried to unlock it for a month now, yet nothing so far. I put all the information needed, including a PIN (I don't remember the year nor month of it), my email used, previous passwords, etc. The problem is I've forgotten what year and month I created the account, It was a long time ago, now it's a level 134 account. Can anyone tell me what information is the most vital for unlocking an account and what I should write in that box?

 

Don't worry my estonian friend (baltic rules the world) When account gets locked , it's being watched for 3 months . The person who provides most info in 3 months , gets it . So think about it like it's a vacation
