Method of training.

Located in Barbarian Village.
I supply feathers, fly fishing rod, ranged gear, and arrows.
The fish you catch with the feathers can be cooked in the helmet shop.
When you have full inventory of cooked salmon/trout, go down to the second floor of the stronghold.
Fight the level 20 - 40 zombies and pick up most of the arrows you use and all the steel arrows the zombies drop.
Repeat until you reach level 70 ranged.
