Buying skiller with a 80+ money making skill, or any 99 skill! Look here!

Hey I am currently looking for a skiller with a money making stat of 80+ (skills such as fishing, woodcut, mining, ect) or any 99 skill (skills like cooking, firemaking, crafting, ect).

I will be trading a lvl 88 range tank with:
90 range, 70 def, 52 pray, 81 hp, 70 str, 66 att.

Or a lvl 79/81 zerker pure with:
62 attack, 80 str, 45 def, 72 hp.

I may trade both accounts for the skillers it depends on how good it is.

The requirements of the skiller I expect are:

- Any 80+ money making skill. **MUST** (woodcut, fishing, mining, ect.)
- Or any lvl 99 skill. **OPTIONAL** (firemaking, cooking, crafting, ect.)
- A decent/cool name. **MUST**
- Some cash/items. **MUST**
- Never been a member if it doesnt have a 99. **MUST**
- No recoveries/bank pin. **MUST**
