i honestly dont believe anyone at all can just get 99's just out of knowhere i mean sure it takes a long time but people now awadays just think o hey im gunna make a service to get 99 skills for people yea idk it just doesnt happen like that... i honestly dont believe people just get 99s its hard enough getting 1 for yourself let alone for 3 or 4 people that want a 99 stat... even if the starting of the skill is at 70 or 80 thats not even piercing the barrier of getting 99 your still short 12m and highly doubt anyone can just get that in a week it takes months even non stop training it still takes MONTHS! im venting my frustrationg on all these threads cause there nonsence...

i agree with veiga, currently having 2(or more) 99's myself i understand what is required to get 99. from 95 to 99 wc is 4m xp roughly and power cutting willows as constantly as possible is like 1mxp a week so it takes 4 weeks for that from 95, lower levels take longer due to u dont cut as fast and so on, so it would take over 2 months to get 99 from 70-80, lvl 80 is just under 2m xp, so 11m xp gain isnt going to happen instantly. this isnt spam this is just realism
