Does It Even Matter?

Ok when buying a pin you go to upgrade account, pay by sms, blah blah anyway when after you log in you get a screen like this-

My question is does the phone number even matter?

I think that's where they send the pin.

 

It didnt matter the last time I used a pin, but that was well over 3 years ago.

No it doesn't matter at all, you can put a random number in it then text in to them and you still get a pin.

the phone number dosen't matter you can use any numbers there.

 

The Phone number doesn't matter at all, you can enter whatever you want in there.

The only thing that the phone number is used for is recovery purposes.
