Paypal help with claim and cancel

no problem and yeah don't give him any info until there are no open cases.

 

Now he is asking how to claim and cancel.... Can someone show me how to do this so I can show him?

 

all you do is go to resolution center and cancel the claim that you filed. it isn't too difficult.

 

If he filed a claim he should already know what hes doing....

how did he get owned if he didn't even give him recoveries yet...

 

now hee is saying i have to respond on the open cases for it to be canceled, it that true...i thought i didnt have to do anything for those cases to be canceled.

 

just respond then, say you sent him item.

Issue the buyer a full refund. (If you have not yet shipped the item to the buyer, selecting this option will settle the claim.)
I can provide tracking information. (Because it can prove that the item was shipped to the account holder's address, this information can determine the validity of the claim.)
The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof of the previous refund.


PayPal will review the information and determine whether the claim can be closed.

i would verify ur paypal send to ur bank account then close ur paypal acc

 

i thought claim and cancel was a very quick process all u do is claim the money then seconds after u cancel and i thought that means they couldnt claim again.

 

Ya i know, and i thought it was to... But he made a big deal out of it and ended up getting his money back because he didn't know how to... When it clearly said in one of his vouchers that he did. Anyways I might recover my account back, still waiting for him to log on.
