Help please

My runescape account was locked cause i was being stupid with appeals so i said "Oh no big deal ^-^" And when i sent the lock appeal i didn't get the Tracking code and my comp like shut off so when itry to do anthoure one it says i already sent a appeal but idk it! And i just did one for my old account and it said "Tracking ip confirmed" Did i need to confirm it i had this account for 3 YEARS!! i'm really sad i can't lose it i was close to 99 wc HELP :'(

Well bottom line is. I got locked on my account i sent in a lock appeal but when the tracking ip came up. My comp turned off but the lock appeal still stands. When i Went to see what would happend if i sent in a appeal on my other account it said "Tracking ip confirmed" Is my account gonna stay on its appeal forever and not have the tracking ip confirmed so i can find out whats gonna happend to it i have all the billing stuff to it also i'm just really scared i had this account forever.
