Selling LV. 70

I'm selling my LV. 70 main.
I haven't played runescape or been on Sythe forums in quite a while.
Recently, I've tried to trade some of the GP on this account to another account but it seems Jagex has made a rule that you cannot trade large amounts of GP for nothing to another account.
If anyone could tell me how you guys are trading GP, I would be very grateful.

I really don't know what this account is worth, so best offer wins I guess.
