Buying a partyhat

I'm willing to buy any color partyhat, you tell me what color and what price. I may be okay with the price, I may not, but don't ask me to make an offer, I want to hear yours.

The only catch to this, is that whatever number is less than the trade price, will need to be BH'ed to me. I will not do junk trades, I personally think its a bunch of crap.

If I decline your offer, or you seem to be under the impression that I am a scammer, then just go find someone else.

Purple: Two sara sets.
Red: 30m
Blue: 90m
