Appealing infraction for inappropriate language

This infraction, given by cp, is unjust and should be overturned for several reasons.

1) I have read the rules carefully, and cannot find where it says “inappropriate language” is an infractable offence.
2) As a user, I look to the actions of the staff to see what is acceptable on the forums. cp demonstrated that use of the word faggot was fine in this post: http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=3589967&postcount=57, where he said

3) Cfrey also demonstrated that the word was acceptable in this post: http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=3609059&postcount=57, where he said

The hypocrisy of this amazes me. When two global moderators use a word, clearly the implication is that use of the aforementioned word is acceptable; this infraction should therefore be reversed.
