My dispute.

This dispute is against thequestionmark's accusations and scam report against me.

The two pictures I posted I knew wouldn't be believed by many, I did not fake them, nor is there anything to say I did, those can be completely thrown out if you wish as no one believes them anyways, so it doesn't exactly help me in any way, shape or form.

The two previous threads I have posted in the Dispute Forum weren't really disputes at all, so I'd like permission to at least post my final dispute on my permenant ban and have the staff at least give an open look at it before they close it and either accept or deny it.

As some of you may know I am currently banned for scamming thequestionmark 20m in the form of Bandos chestplate and Bandos tassets.

The first thing I would like to bring up is the scam report he posted against me which has further since been moved to the Staff lounge and maybe somewhere else by now.

The scam report itself that he posted proved nothing. It simply proved that it was indeed I in the trade and not an impostor. I do not deny trading with thequestionmark at all.

The agreed on trade before we started was my level 126 combat RuneScape account for his 40m. We were going to do two trades of 20m each, both trades with a Bandos chestplate and Bandos tassets which are valued at about 20m together.

Now first off I don't really realize why I was banned in the first place, as no proof was given nor did a single staff member even talk to me, even when I asked for a moment of their time.

The three main things I'm going to bring up to prove I did not scam thequestionmark 20m are simple logic, motive, and the lack of proof.

First, I am a Sythe.org Official MM, this in no way means I'm better than the rules nor I can scam and get away with it. What it does mean though is I'm a trusted member of Sythe.org. A perk of being a MM is that I can earn money by charging fees for the trades I MM.

Now I would like to say, I can make roughly anywhere between 5-15m a day on average, sometimes more, sometimes less. Why would I scam him for 20m? When I'm actually LOSING money by doing so considering I know I'll be banned and deMMed.

Second, if my intent was to scam, WHY would I ask for two trades of 20m each? When if I was trying to scam I would of asked for one trade of 40m? Even at that, after the first 20m magically disappeared, if I indeed did take it, WHY wouldn't I of taken the other 20m? I wouldn't of wasted time asking thequestionmark questions and accusing him of going back on it which resulted in the loss of the items.

He agreed to go first, there was absolutely NO pressure whatsoever on me to hurry the trade to scam him, or stop the trade inbetween due to what happened, if I scammed him, I would of kept going and took the other 20m, yet I did not.

Third and final, like I said above, the scam report he posted PROVED NOTHING. My story and his story both had the exact same evidence behind it, yet anything I had to say was thrown aside, at least from my point of view it was, and anything he said was taken like it was fact, when it was just an opinion and most likely lies.

I'm not accusing him of scamming me, as he did no such thing, I'm not even accusing him of doing anything wrong except for the fact of denying that he lost it himself. As I told several others and posted in the previous thread, this is what I think happened.

I positioned my account and logged out, I then proceeded to login to his and move it into position as well. I got attacked a few times so I had to exit and reenter the crater. When I was just about there, I noticed a white dot was going in and off of the minimap, normally that means someone is following you so I simply logged out, waited about 60 seconds and logged back in. When I logged back in, I was not in BH anymore, I wasn't even at the entrance, I was back by the bank with not a single item in my inventory.

What I think happened is thequestionmark logged in, in between my logins and logouts to see where I was and what I was doing, in the time he did that, he got speced out by another player and died. He obviously didn't want to lose 20m so simply logged out, and waited for me to log back in. I log in, items are gone, I ask him if he did it, and the next thing you know I'm banned from Sythe.org with absolutely no proof on me.

I simply ask, if my story is true, would the pictures he posted look any different? No, yet you act as if those pictures are proof I did anything wrong, when infact they prove nothing.

I just honestly don't get why I would of scammed him in the first place, I actually lose money considering I make more legitly. I also had the chance to scam him for 40m, yet I only took 20m? That again, makes absolutely no sense.

I had no motive considering it would only be a loss for me to scam someone, I'm not saying he had a motive either, I think he's just trying to cover up a mistake he made on his part.

I'll respect whatever decision the Sythe.org staff give me, if it's denied, well, I suppose Matthew was right and maybe it's time for me to leave. If it's accepted, I can't wait to be back.

Fearing the worst, this will also probably be my last post on Sythe.org if it indeed does get denied, so I'd simply like to say goodbye to a few people and hope it won't be permenantly.

Matthew, I've known you for several years now, you're a good administrator, and you deserve every compliment you get, and I love annoying you on MSN all the time

Clash, if you're still even check on here, I've known you for a long time as well, thanks for the laughs and help when I needed it.

Fouisgras, once again, a great friend, we had some good times on the IRC and on MSN and hope to have many more.

Conman3030, probably the person I trusted the most here at Sythe, and you never disappointed me, well, except for a few times I hope you get your market ban reversed as I truly believe you did nothing wrong, and what can I say, I tried

I made a lot of friends here at Sythe.org but the above four were more than friends to me and I hope we'll keep in touch.

If all turns for the worse, and I an not unbanned, I'll still be on MSN quite a bit and probably stop in the IRC from time to time.
