    Bounty Hunters

This is an idea that could hurt scam organizations A LOT.

I believe the report section should be kept Private. Like you can fill out a report form of the person you accuse of scamming. If its 100% clear they did scam, there should be a private forum for Bounty Hunters and they should be put on the Bounty Hunter list. Bounty Hunters should be TRUSTED individuals who are dedicated to bringing scammers to justice. After a scammer has been caught and put on this Bounty Hunter list, the Bounty Hunter will basically SCAM the scammer. Or detriment his scamming by banning the account being sold over and over etc..

Bounty Hunters will not have a title, for they are undercover. 75% of the loot scammed from the scammers can be donated to Sythe, while 25% can go to the Bounty Hunter.

In this private 'Bounty Hunter' forum, there can be secret methods used to get a hold of a targets account.

    I think:
#1- This is a way for scammers to KNOW someone is out there that is dedicated to OWNING them. So they will need to be MUCH more cautious in selling their accounts or doing their scams, which ultimately, they scam less people if any.

#2- If a Bounty Hunter gets a hold of JUST their password, they are able to easily get a permanent ban. This will ENCOURAGE the use of MMs greatly so scamming will decrease and MMs will make more money.

I personally think this is a great idea. Ofcourse the name Bounty Hunter title can be changed to Detective or Assassin or something, but it will only be the name of the forum really since you'll be undercover ^.^

---ALSO--- ONLY Admins will know who the Bounty Hunters are. A Head Bounty Hunter OR Admin can just make ONE Topic on Targets with their MSNs in which the Bounty Hunters can look at anonymously. So if a corrupt Bounty Hunter is banned, he can not blow the cover of others.

ALSO-- Once a scammer has been PROVEN of being a scammer, they should remain unbanned until the Bounty Hunter gets them. Another idea that could be developed is there could be some type of PUBLIC Informant that has access to the Bounty Hunter List and keeps an eye on the scammers so if the scammer tries to scam someone, the Informant can tell the target to cancel the trade. If your an OFFICIAL Informant, the target should automatically know that he is walking into a scam and cancel the deal and just block the scammer.

This idea can be VERY developed and I KNOW this can be successful.

Then where would i get my lolz from? i enjoy reading the reports, its quite fun.

Scamming scammers is not allowed, even though it should be.

It all comes down to this - Its your fault you were scammed.

It dont matter, If the person got scamed it's simply there own fault. You ever hear two wrong's dont make a right?Scamming someone who scamed is the same as scamming a random person.I strongly say no to this. Its no right, if you read the post any accoount can be recovered and shit people are just stupid and get scamed.

Honestly I don't really have a firm opinion on scamming a scammer. Cause of 2 reasons.

    1. I think you should cause thats what the scamming scum bag deserves.

    2. What do you do when some one scams and they say that they were just scamming a scammer? How do you prove that the person they scammed was a scammer?

Well this is my view on the topic.

    "An eye for an eye"

Thats why I believe it is necasary. And Bounty Hunters can give half the loot to the person scammed AND half to Sythe.

    ORRRR.

If you get scammed and the scammer gets convicted, you CAN hire a bounty hunter to hunt down the scammer for money if you want to scammer down. Half goes to Sythe for providing the hunter, half goes to the bounty hunter. But the Bounty Hunters can turn it down if they think its impossible or out of the question.

ORRR. You can say no to this but secretly say yes HAHHAHAHAH =D

No shit sherlock. Admins make the rules, admins can bend the rules. Rules are made to be broken. I'm not saying it should be allowed that players can counter scam...

Lol, i get a lot of my lolz from reading those to, some of them are just soooo funny, although I do agree 110% I dont think it will ever go through, we would need the MM's help with it because some scammers want to use MM's.
