    No they don't. But some quest give you combat exp.

    nice but shilo would be a pain if you fall in some parts you get dealt up to 27 damage which is like koed.. lol

    Are you sure about this? Because you have to fight in demon slayer, shilo, death plateau, and a couple others. Also, I think this would be better in Runescape General, as it is really general knowledge as opposed to a guide.

    Quest Level 3 skillers can do.
    Level 3s can do Shilo Village. It is very simple. I know for fact that level 3s can do Shilo Village and Lost City. I helped my skiller friend with a few. I'm pretty sure using a friend to help and with recoils the other combat related quests are quite simple.
