If you want to improve, listen to what Squidge said and I'm sorry but, you won't do it in "basic paint," because it is exactly that, basic. If you just want to know what I think, it is horrible.

Did you actually make the person or you take a picture go on paint and add text? Try using adobe photoshop, get it off torrents or something.

 

I found a Un-Colored Picture of this and colored added Text. =[

 

Oh god, I spent a good long time typing that up. Listen to what people say, you posted it here for CnC. Thats what you'll get, if you don't use it you will not improve.

this is not even a sig in my opinion, very low quality, i believe you really need photoshop.
