E-mail jagex and send a bug report I guess and tell them whats wrong that's what I'd do.

and 15 posts per day is fine if you post correctly so screw off lil_melo cause I've never seen any bad posts from rawr.

What you're seeing happens occasionally when your client doesn't update its settings correctly due to missing a mouse click somewhere or misinterpreting a mouse click to be something it's not. It believes that it's on a different tab or that some setting is "Off" when it's "On".

To solve it, try clicking on each tab in turn. If that doesn't work, try turning your Public (or whatever isn't working correctly) "Off", then back "On".
