Best alternative cron in PHP

Using this you can run code at an interval without using cron. Just because cron fails php has a function that ignores whether the user leaves the script or not, then keeps going even if the user isnt on that page, which is awesome D:

Only visit your page once, and only once, or else...

Also if anyone is going to ask, no I didnt color any of the php myself, highlight_string(); for the win.
