Ban Evading PleaseLook Mods!

Okay This is messedup, i had scammed someone a very very very long time ago, and it was in 2007, and i had paid him back, and about a month ago i had a made an apology here , and they said that i was okay, and i can make a new account, so i did, and now im banned again. for ban evading.
So idk why you would ban me again. please explain, i would like a good explanation, and if i were to be unbanned, idc if i got a twc, i just would love to be a part of sythe again.i enjoy helping people to the best i can.
