No-ip Stopped working? Help for Hamachi? HELP!

Yesterday I made my private server for runescape. I used No-ip.com and it worked perfectly yesterday. My friends could go on the server and everything. Then today I turned on my computer and then when I try to go onto my server, it seems like my No-IP server doesnt work anymore (cacascap3.no-ip.biz). Everytime I try to log onto it when I run my server, it takes forever to connect then it says error connecting to server. I dont know what to do. I really need help if no one knows what to do, please someone tell me how to use hamachi. I have my server Ip thing but I dont like the numbers for my server instead of the Name.no-ip.biz servers. But anything will do. The problem about hamachi is that only I can go into my servers and no one else. So I need help. PLEASE!

 

no your friends can go into your server they just need to download hamachi too.then they have to enter the address that it shows on your hamachi..
