Is there a way where i don't have to add a credit card or bank account? I have another paypal account but have -34.95 in it and don't intend on paying it anytime soon. When ever i go to make a new paypal account and use the credit card it says that i have to resolve my other account. Don't want a bank account to add it to. Any ideas?

you are aware that this is fraud right? i suggest that he opens a bank account with his new paypal because it becomes verified and you get alot more perks that paypal didnt offer before because now whenever some pest tries to chargeback a fund since they have no proof paypal usually solves it in my favor.

Use other payment sites mate like moneybookers or e-gold. Those rock and you hardly lose your money. Anyway, making Australian account and convert it into US dollars.
