Despite the fact that you have obviously misunderstood (To Level from 99 - 100 requires, essentially, 100 Level 1s) I do believe your system is better and will edit accordingly. And remember, all the other MMO's have covered pretty much all the skills, I'm just trying to give them more detail so that characters can specialise in very fine skills. I'm considering refining the skills even more (So, Carpentry could have sub-skills: Chairs, Tables, House-frames) etc. but I'm not sure whether this would work.

I like the idea but it could do with some refining. Although I think the leveling might be a bit too easy.

Well, considering you need 10,000,000XP to level from 99 to 100, I'd say it's rather hard.

There shouldn't be any combat skills that would have to be leveled individually like in Runescape. Instead there should be the approach of leveling your character and once you have gone up a level you get skills points where you can then use the skill points to increase you Health, strength, etc. That way no one will have the same skills because it can always be different. For instance someone can just want to put all there skill points to health instead of putting it to another. If you were able to just train your combat skills individually then eventually everyone would pretty much have the same skills (like Runescape).

Some of the non combat skills I don't like because most of them just remind me of Runescape. You pretty much took the base of the skills from Runescape and named them something else. For instance, Lumbering, that sounds like woodcutting to me. That just sounds very boring. There doesn't have to be fletching or any of that stuff, arrows, bows and stuff can be bought or dropped by certain monsters.

Decisive, please think about this for me. Let us say I would like to make a chair, I need to some wood. If I cannot cut it, and no one else can... how will I get it? Pick up deadfall? You have to remember that some of the skills that are 'Runescapey' are in fact pivotal to an MMORPG simply because they are required skills.

Also, the levelling method you mentioned before was my original plan, and for some reason I changed (I think I found this way just to be simpler) But I will change it back and if anyone complains, we shall change accordingly.
