When your buying something from paypal, turn tamper data on.
When you click the buy button, it will give a little pop up asking if you want to tamper with it, amazingly enough you can edit the cost of an item you are wanting to buy.
Personally, I don't do this after the first time I accidentally did.
I don't feel like going to prison if I were to be caught.

It worked for my friend for buying a pin on rs, but even he said he isn't doign it again, because it IS VERY ILLEGAL.
