Account Locked Policy And The Solution

If You Account is Locked I DO NOT TAKE ANY BLAME WHAT SO EVER BECUASE JAGEX CAN DETECT PEOPLE LOGGING IN FROM ANOTHER IP. The Solution to this problem is easy you probably have recoviers right? Fill it in and get your account unlocked. If by any chance your account is locked during the time i train and is not unlocked within 3 days I WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY!

There Is no chance this can happen. I Will NOT PUT ALL CHAT ON OFF becuase if i do this and mine at same time people will report me thinking im a "bot" i will respond to messages that other players send me. If there was a Random event i will do it for you.

Account was leveled up but the incorrect skill was leveled:

There is a random event where bob comes and takes you as slave in his own world "ScapeRune" In this event i would have to fish and "uncook" the fish to give it to bob to make him asleep so i can escape. This raised my fishing by 6 levels when i was a level 1. I DONT KNOW ANY OTHER SOLUTION TO FREEING Myself besides this so please DO NOT COMPLAINT o my fishing was leveled when im a pure miner. If there's a solution to freeing myself without fishing somebody please tell me. This random event hardly occurs but if it does I DO NOT TAKE BLAME!
